This form set-up by business logic and structured inputs aimed at automating the business process. So that the ultimate goal of this technology is to transfer the activities of a business process from humans to software (robots/bots).

Process automation works as a business solution to accomplish tediously the bulk of transaction processing and repetitive – but necessary- tasks. Almost everything the finance and accounting departments do involves such tasks.
